Cacao Barry Zephyr Caramel 34% 2.5kg is a white chocolate recognised worldwide by Chefs for its unique character, its delightful flavour of whole milk, with a slightly sweet taste and creamy texture. It has all the characteristics of Zephyr White 34% but with real milky caramel flavour and mesmerising salty notes.
