World renowned, Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School will be launching brand new Online Classes for people wanting to learn how to create stunning desserts, anytime and anywhere in the world.

Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School is the first, solely focussed chocolate and patisserie school in the Asia Pacific, established in 2002 by award winning pastry chef Kirsten Tibballs. The school offers an extensive range of classes, encompassing everything from stunning handmade chocolates, eclairs, tarts and beautiful cakes – all made with the finest Callebaut Belgian chocolate.

Savour Online Classes will be launching with a library of exquisite recipes aimed at beginners through to advanced cooks. Subscribers can watch videos, download recipes and also interact with a growing community of like-minded individuals. Kirsten Tibballs, who MasterChef proclaims ‘the queen of chocolate’ is the Director of Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School, and is one of Australia’s most celebrated and internationally respected pastry chefs and chocolatiers.

Kirsten represented Australia at the World Pastry Championships in Las Vegas, where she was recognised as the best in the world for her handmade chocolates, as well as winning gold in the Pastry Olympics in Germany. Kirsten has also made makes regular appearances on TV, including Everyday Gourmet, Mornings, and has presented numerous challenges on MasterChef.
