Sosa Pectin NH 250g

NH PPectin is used as a gelling aggent and thickener
DOSAGE: 10g/kg marmalade, 20g/kg pâte fruit

USE: Mix with sugar and add citric acid, heat up to 105ºC
APPLICATION: Pulps and juices which allow the incorporation of acidity
OBSERVATION: It actives exclusively with the incorporation of an acid component
