Gold gelatine in convenient 2g sheets. Purified to remove any odours.

Gold gelatine sheets which must be re-hydrated in water before adding them into a product.

To make gelatine solution, place the required amount of water in a bain-marie to warm and process the gelatine sheets in a food processor to a coarse powder. Then add the powdered gelatine to the heated water and stirred until it is fully dissolved. The amount of gelatine solution needed for the recipe can then be weighed out.

This is one of the standard products used at Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School.
