Chocolate & Patisserie with Kirsten Tibballs

Join the world renowned Kirsten Tibballs as she shows you hands-on how to create a variety of patisserie and chocolate products. You’ll create a petit gateaux, macarons and truffles over the course of the day.

Recreate the Aussie favourite lamington in petit gateaux form with layers of mousse, jelly, sponge and crunch; all complete with a shiny glaze and garnish. Make macarons with a champagne ganache and for your final product, you’ll make mouth watering caramel truffles.

 

You will also take home a selection of your creations to enjoy with family and friends!
