Kirsten Tibballs' Petit Gateaux & Tarts

For one day only Kirsten Tibballs will be showing you how to produce spectacular petit gateaux and tarts! Throughout the class, you’ll discover hands-on how to create these mini mousse based cakes and traditional tarts using the finest ingredients and equipment. Learn innovative techniques such as glazing and garnishes as well as various recipes to apply at home and in a commercial kitchen. Create the perfect pastry shell, master the art of layering and textures, and enjoy working with beautiful flavours and the finest ingredients.


In this one day class, you will create:

- Chocolate and Vanilla Petit Gateaux

- Strawberry and White Chocolate Tart

- Passionfruit and Vanilla Tart


You will take home a selection of your creations to enjoy with your family and friends.

Cancellations / Changes of your Class Booking (made by the Customer)

Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School operate a no refund policy and as such we are unable to refund any class bookings where you decide to cancel a class booking 10 days or less prior to commencing your class, as a result of any change in personal circumstances, including medical grounds. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. If you cancel a class booking more than 10 days prior to commencing your class, this will result in a Credit Note (6 month expiry) where we will deduct a $30.00 administration fee from the booking amount, which is non-transferable to retail items.
