Patisserie & Tarts with Kirsten Tibballs

In this class, Kirsten combines traditional French techniques and the latest innovations in patisserie for these Parisian creations. The Hazel Petit Gateaux has touches of orange and vanilla to uplift the chocolate flavour, with a Passionfruit Caramel Tart of peanut pastry, smooth passionfruit cream and chocolate honey cremeux topped with swiss meringue and salted caramel.

 

You will also take home a selection of your creations to enjoy with family and friends!
