Kirsten Tibballs' Cherry Tart

A classic cherry tart is always a go-to, so why not join Kirsten Tibballs as she puts a modern spin on it! You’ll learn how to make the ever so tricky pastry base, line tart rings and bake your tart to perfection. Discover all there is about fillings as you create layers of crumble, crunch, jelly and cream. You’ll also be shown techniques of spraying as well as creating lifelike cherries that are edible and delicious. Finally, garnish your tart, add the finishing touches and take home your tart to show off!

 

As well as your tart, we'll give you a FREE tart ring to take home so you can recreate it over and over again.
