Entremets / Gateaux Level 2

You've learnt the techniques in our Entremets/Gateaux Level 1 class, now you can expand on those with this level 2 class. Discover more flavour combinations, complex layers and an array of unexpected textures to give your mousse based cake that extra edge. You will also take home a selection of your creations to enjoy with family and friends!

Prerequisites You must have attended our Entremets/Gateaux Level 1 class or have documented experience to attend this class. It is very fast paced and advanced.

 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

- A wide range of textures

- Crémeux, meringues and sponge

- Glazing and snow

- Exciting flavour combinations and textures

- Techniques for home or commercial use

What is a level 2 class?

It gives you the opportunity to learn more advanced techniques, textures and flavour combinations. 

Is this class suitable for beginners?

No. This class is for students with intermediate level of expertise.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

 

Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School operate a no refund policy. Any amendments or changes to a class booking require 10 days’ notice prior to the class start date Any requests to change or swap a class booking with less than 10 days’ notice will not be redeemed. If you cancel a class booking more than 10 days prior to commencing your class, this will result in a Credit Note with a 6 month expiry. A $30.00 administration fee will be deducted from the final value of the credit note.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
No. All equipment and ingredients will be provided.

WHAT TO WEAR
You must wear closed-toe shoes. Chef's jackets are optional.

Please do not make travel arrangements until your class has been confirmed via email. If you have not received your 'Booking Confirmation' within 72 hours of booking your class, please contact accounts@savourschool.com.au.
