Eclairs

Our Eclairs class will enable you to master one of the most classic French pastries. You'll be taught how to make the ultimate choux pastry which forms the basis of the éclair, and master the technique of piping choux pastry. Fill your eclairs with an array of delectable creams, custards and ganaches. Garnish your éclairs with sable coatings, shiny glazes and whipped ganaches. Your eclairs will be packaged so that you can enjoy them with family and friends after the class.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

 

Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School operate a no refund policy. Any amendments or changes to a class booking require 10 days’ notice prior to the class start date Any requests to change or swap a class booking with less than 10 days’ notice will not be redeemed. If you cancel a class booking more than 10 days prior to commencing your class, this will result in a Credit Note with a 6 month expiry. A $30.00 administration fee will be deducted from the final value of the credit note.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
No. All equipment and ingredients will be provided.

WHAT TO WEAR
You must wear closed-toe shoes. Chef's jackets are optional.

CONFIRMATION & TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Please do not make travel arrangements until your class has been confirmed via email. If you have not received your 'Booking Confirmation' within 72 hours of booking your class, please contact accounts@savourschool.com.au.
