French Patisserie with Nicolas Haelewyn Class B

A pioneer of modern patisserie, Nicolas Haelewyn brings you a stunning array of French-inspired recipes from his world-famous boutique Karamel Paris. Learn the foundations of French patisserie with innovative ways to incorporate pastries, meringue, caramel and more. Having taught all around the world, Nicolas is excited to share his vast knowledge of French baking and will be sharing some of his finest creations, including his interpretation of a Mont Blanc and an exquisite pithivier.

 

Having gained prestige working as an international development chef for the world-famous patisserie Ladurée, Nicolas Haelewynreigning winner of Paris's Best Lemon Tartlaunched his own boutique patisserie Karamel Paris which attracts people from around the globe. Nicolas is a lead innovator in the pastry industry and regarded as one of the world’s top pastry chefs. Having taught classes all around the world, Nicolas is excited to share his skills in these Australian-exclusive classes that will be conducted in English.
