French Patisserie with Nicolas Haelewyn Class A

Get a grasp on the highest-level of patisserie while learning a combination of pastries, tarts and petit gateaux in this not-to-be missed class by Nicolas Haelewyn. He will share with you his in-depth knowledge of all aspects of French patisserie. Learn his innovative approach to different techniques and how to reproduce his most-famed creations including his award-winning lemon tart. 
 
Having gained prestige working as an international development chef for the world-famous patisserie Ladurée, Nicolas Haelewyn—reigning winner of Paris's Best Lemon Tart—launched his own boutique patisserie Karamel Paris which attracts people from across the globe. Nicolas is a lead innovator in the pastry industry, regarded as one of the world’s top pastry chefs. Having taught classes all around the world, Nicolas is excited to share his skills in these Australian-exclusive classes that will be conducted in English.
