Frank Haasnoot - Prisma

Frank is not only one of the world’s leading pastry chefs, he is also an exceptional teacher. In a Savour exclusive, Frank will be teaching some of his favourite recipes and concepts from his debut best-selling cookbook Prisma. Prisma takes modern patisserie to new heights with a colourful array of entremets, petit gateaux, tarts, garnishes and more.  

 

Frank has been a leader in patisserie for over 20 years and has won many accolades including coming first in the 2011 World Chocolate Masters in Paris, placing him in a very select group of the world’s top pastry chefs. Frank has developed his talents globally, having been the executive pastry chef in renowned kitchens such as The Victorian (Kuwait), the Mandarin Oriental Hotel (Taiwan) and the Peninsula Hotel (Hong Kong). 

 

This class is recommened for professionals in the industry or those who have completed an entremets/gateaux class at Savour.

No. All equipment and ingredients will be provided

WHAT TO WEAR
You must wear closed-toe shoes. Chef's jackets MUST be worn to all guest chef classes.
