Fondant Flowers with Candy

This is a rare opportunity to learn the art of fondant flowers with one of the most innovative professionals in the industry. Candy has over 15 years’ experience in sugar art, fondant cakes and showpieces. Candy has studied under Balfour in France and Stephane Klein.

As part of her professional career, Candy has participated in the design and completion of works at the 2016 World Cup in Germany, as well as the China Central TV (CCTV) to the Olympic Games special programmes. Candy was involved in the design, production and performance of works for the Beijing world chocolate dream park and a chocolate dream park in the world of chocolate and sugar production performance in Taiwan. She contributed to the design and production of the Qingdao garden expo chocolate pavilion and the chocolate Garden Expo Pavilion in Xinjiang. In 2016, Candy was involved in the design and production of Suzhou Garden Expo Flower Art Museum. As well as winning several awards, she appeared in the “heroes” Tianjin TV programme in 2016.
