Petit Gateaux & Entremets Class 1 by Eunyoung Yun

In this class, Chef Eunyoung Yun will share her vast knowledge and expertise of the patisserie industry. Teaching two classes in total, Eunyoung will demonstrate an extensive range of products with interesting flavour combinations and modern techniques to reflect her individual style that has garnered worldwide attention! She has so many beautiful products that we couldn't decide between them, so Yun is creating our favourite creations split across two 3-day classes. Students can attend Class A and B or choose between them.


Eunyoung Yun is the owner and head chef of Garuharu Studio in Seoul, Korea. Specialising in all aspects of patisserie, Yun is renowned for her contemporary take on pastry products. Enthusiasts travel from all over the world to try Yun’s infamous creations at her pastry studio in Seoul. She was the World Skills Competition Coach in 2011 and is a continuing contributor to specialist patisserie journals including So Good magazine.
