Amaury Guichon - Entremets & Large Tarts

Hailing from France, Amaury Guichon is one of the most exciting talents on the international pastry scene. Originality and innovation are at the forefront of Amaury’s work, which is also heavily influenced by planetary elements. At only 26 years of age, so far Amaury has earned the title of Best Apprentice in France as well as working as private consultant for patisserie professionals over the world. Amaury will be hosting a very special class dedicated to entremets and tarts. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to work with one of the finest talents in the industry.

 

Over 3 days, Amaury will show you new techniques to creating beautiful entremets comprised of mousse and a range of interesting textures and layers. You’ll learn how to perfect large tarts and add the finishing touch with garnishes.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
No. All equipment and ingredients will be provided.

WHAT TO WEAR
You must wear closed-toe shoes. Chef's jackets are optional.
