Head on down to Savour for an evening of chocolate indulgence, including a signing of Frank’s best-selling cookbook Prisma and a show case of his custom designed moulds.

Frank has been a leader in patisserie for over 20 years and has won many accolades including coming first in the 2011 World Chocolate Masters in Paris, placing him in a very select group of the world’s top pastry chefs. Frank has developed his talents globally, having been the executive pastry chef in renowned kitchens such as The Victorian (Kuwait), the Mandarin Oriental Hotel (Taiwan) and the Peninsula Hotel (Hong Kong). Frank’s best-selling debut cookbook, Prisma, takes modern patisserie to new heights with a colourful array of entremets, petit gateaux, tarts, garnishes and more.
