Savour Patissier of the Year


Savour Patissier of the Year competition is back in 2018 to showcase creations of talented pastry chefs from around the world and recognise the best of the best.
The competition will be held at Foodservice Australia, Sydney from May 27 - 29, 2018 and you could win $15,000 AUD in cash + $25,000 AUD in prizes.
There are four categories for the competitors to enter:
Tarts, Desserts, Entremets & Eclairs
All products are to be pre-made in your own kitchen and presented at the competition. 
The competitor with the highest cumulative point total from all four categories will be declared Savour Patissier of the Year.
Open to professionals worldwide. Only 30 spots available!
Our panel of judges will include some of the most internationally renowned pastry chefs in the world including Frank Haasnoot, Dinara Kasko, Jerome Landrieu and Paul Kennedy.
