Christmas Verrines & Trifle

Savour’s award winning chef Paul Kennedy takes you through a variety of techniques to create your very own Christmas inspired verrines and large trifle. With a combination of summer and Christmas flavours, Paul’s infamous trifle will be a hit throughout the festive period.

In this fun one day class, you’ll get to take home your creations to share with family and friends. The verrines and trifle can be consumed immediately or frozen and enjoyed on Christmas Day.


In this class you will learn about:

· Different flavour combinations

· Techniques for home and commercial use

· Exciting recipes for you to take home


Some of the flavours you will create:

· A mix of summer and Christmas flavours


What will be provided:
- Lunch
- Apron
- Detailed Recipe Booklet
- Certificate of Attendance (on request)
- Refreshments
- Products packaged in our beautiful Savour boxes so that you can enjoy your creations at home.
Do I need to bring anything?
No. All equipment and ingredients will be provided.

Apropriate clothing must be worn at all times, including closed-toe footwear.
