Christmas Buffet

 
Christmas is fast approaching and our thoughts are turning to what sweet treats to prepare for the Christmas Day feast. Savour has you covered with this one off Christmas Buffet class personally taught by Kirsten Tibballs.
 
Suitable for all skill levels, you'll learn a variety of techniques, flavours and garnishes while creating the following Christmas desserts. You can also freeze all your creations just in time for Christmas day!
 
Pudding - Designed to be served frozen or straight from the fridge, and bursting with Summer red fruits and nuts to give it a festive feel.
 
Concorde Tree – Christmas tree-shaped dessert created with layers of chocolate meringue and chocolate mousse.
 
Chocolate Truffles - Filled with caramel ganache and finished with gold metallic.
 
Bon bon Biscuits – Chocolate biscuits filled with chocolate ganache which are a perfect accompaniment to tea and coffee or given as a gift.
 
Chocolate Wreath – Garnished with glace fruits and nuts, perfect as a gift or Christmas ornament.
 
This class is fully hands-on and students will receive lunch, detailed recipe booklet, apron and take home a selection of what is made in the class. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from the best and create Christmas desserts which are sure to impress your family and friends!

Cancellations / Changes of your Class Booking (made by the Customer)

Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School operate a no refund policy and as such we are unable to refund any class bookings where you decide to cancel a class booking 10 days or less prior to commencing your class, as a result of any change in personal circumstances, including medical grounds. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. If you cancel a class booking more than 10 days prior to commencing your class, this will result in a Credit Note (6 month expiry) where we will deduct a $30.00 administration fee from the booking amount, which is non-transferable to retail items.
