Introduction to Chocolate

Introduction to Chocolate is an extensive course perfect for those wanting to learn a broad range of skills in chocolate. Discover the art of tempering and learn both traditional and modern techniques that are essential in the industry. You’ll create moulded chocolates, truffles, garnishes, cookies, macarons, hot chocolate and much more!

Is this class suitable for beginners?


Yes. This class is suitable for all levels of experience and our teachers will guide you throughout the duration of the class

Can Introduction to Chocolate be used as a prerequisite to other classes?

Yes. After completing Introduction to Chocolate, you will be able to enrol directly into Chocolate & Pralines Level 2, Chocolate Flowers and Chocolate Showpieces. 

What are the class dates and prices?

Is this class suitable for beginners?

Yes.

How many people will be in the class?

There is a maximum of 12 people per class.

 

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School operate a no refund policy. Any amendments or changes to a class booking require 10 days’ notice prior to the class start date. We cannot make any changes to class bookings with less than 10 days’ notice prior to the class start date. If you cancel a class booking more than 10 days prior to commencing your class, this will result in a Credit Note with a 6 month expiry. A $30.00 administration fee will be deducted from the final value of the credit note.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
No. All equipment and ingredients will be provided.

WHAT TO WEAR
You must wear closed-toe shoes. Chef's jackets are optional.

CONFIRMATION & TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Please do not make travel arrangements until your class has been confirmed via email. If you have not received your 'Booking Confirmation' within 72 hours of booking your class, please contact accounts@savourschool.com.au.
