Chocolates & Pralines Level 3

Advance your skills and knowledge in chocolates with our most technical class, Chocolates & Pralines Level 3. This 4 day intensive course includes a continually changing range of recipes for you to try. You'll discover the latest trends and techniques in enrobing and moulded chocolates as well as a variety of innovative textures such as aero. Make your own variations of praline and try some of our most creative and unusual flavour combinations! You will also take home a selection of your creations to enjoy with family and friends.

Prerequisites: You must have attended our Chocolates & Pralines Level 1 & 2 courses or have documented experience in chocolate work to attend this class. It is a very fast paced and advanced class.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

What is the difference between 'Level 3' comparing to the other chocolate class levels?

Level 3 has more advanced and complex recipes which are not seen in Level 1 & 2.

What are the class dates and prices?

Is this class suitable for beginners?

No. Your must have attended our Chocolates & Pralines Level 1 & 2 classes.

How many people will be in the class?

There is a maximum of 12 people per class.

 


CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School operate a no refund policy. Any amendments or changes to a class booking require 10 days’ notice prior to the class start date. We cannot make any changes to class bookings with less than 10 days’ notice prior to the class start date. If you cancel a class booking more than 10 days prior to commencing your class, this will result in a Credit Note with a 6 month expiry. A $30.00 administration fee will be deducted from the final value of the credit note.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
No. All equipment and ingredients are provided.

WHAT TO WEAR
You must wear closed-toe shoes. Chef's jackets are optional.

Please do not make travel arrangements until your class has been confirmed via email. If you have not received your 'Booking Confirmation' within 72 hours of booking your class, please contact accounts@savourschool.com.au
