Bean to Bar

Savour has sourced beans from the top growing regions around the world for Bean to Bar. This class will enable you to understand the process and theory of making chocolate and enhance your knowledge of chocolate flavour profiles. By creating your own chocolate bars, you will be able to fully control the roasting profile, refinement, sweetness and flavour of your own unique couverture. After your extensive hands-on class, you will take home up to 16 of your own original bars of milk, dark, white and gianduja chocolate, created with different cocoa beans from around the world.

*The region of cocoa beans you use in class will vary, and is based on the cocoa bean growing season and their availability around the world.

Is the class suitable for raw chocolate?

No. We don't cover the methods and techniques of raw chocolate.

What are the class dates and prices?

How many people will be in the class?

There is a maximum of 12 people per class.

 

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School operate a no refund policy. Any amendments or changes to a class booking require 10 days’ notice prior to the class start date. We cannot make any changes to class bookings with less than 10 days’ notice prior to the class start date. If you cancel a class booking more than 10 days prior to commencing your class, this will result in a Credit Note with a 6 month expiry. A $30.00 administration fee will be deducted from the final value of the credit note.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
No. All equipment and ingredients will be provided.

WHAT TO WEAR
You must wear closed-toe shoes. Chef's jackets are optional.

CONFIRMATION & TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Please do not make travel arrangements until your class has been confirmed via email. If you have not received your 'Booking Confirmation' within 72 hours of booking your class, please contact accounts@savourschool.com.au.
