Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School is relaunching a BRAND NEW Macarons class, combining 3 of our Macaron classes (Level 1, and Continuing Education 1 & 2) into one fantastic one-day class, simply called ‘Macarons’!
In order to create this NEW Macarons ‘greatest hits’ class, our award winning chefs Kirsten Tibballs and Paul Kennedy sat down and made the ultimate list of our best Macaron flavour combinations and recipes (…not an easy task!)
Macarons will cover essential skills for making perfect macarons along with more advanced techniques for making complex, high quality products. Revisit the basic macaron-making steps while learning to make multi-flavoured and textured macarons or our amazing dual-coloured shells (right) in this hands-on class.
Current flavours include peanut brittle with chocolate ganache, tiramisu with cream and jelly fillings, salt and vinegar and our famous Hamburger macaron! These flavours may change from class to class.
By combining all three classes, students who have taken Macarons Level One may find that some of the recipes may have been covered in their earlier class. However, by including our continuing education classes, they’ll likely be new recipes and techniques for you to master.
Forget buying macarons or using pre-mix from your supermarket, you will be able to create sale-quality macarons in your own kitchen, worthy of any Parisian patisserie after this class.
