I would use them to decorate a ganache-covered dulce du leche filled chocolate mud cake, if there are any left over after making Tollhouse cookies with them.

  2. Melissa

As toppers – in/on hot chocolate drinks for added depth and a surprise treat, topped on ice cream for texture and extra flavor, on top cakes for added crunch and flavour contrast and boost.

I will incorporate it with ganache for the chocolate praline – it will be a nice surprise when it is eaten…..

Thanks everyone for all your entries. They made us very hungry just reading them. However, there can only be one winner and that is Melissa. Congratulations! We’ll email you shortly to arrange delivery.
