Located in trendy Brunswick, only minutes from Melbourne CBD, Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School is equipped with a modern state-of-the-art kitchen custom designed for our courses. 

Our equipment include state-of-the art Unox ovens, Kenwood Mixers, RobotCoupe blixers and mixers, Demarle flexipan and silpats, PCB transfer sheets and colours, spray booths for airbrushing, blast freezers, chocolate moulds, grinders, conchers and a winnower for creating original bars of coverture.

We use the best ingredients including Callebaut Chocolate, Bulla Cream, Fresh As, Boiron and many others. 


A delicious lunch is provided for you on the day, plus apron to wear and recipe book. Unlike some other 'cooking schools', there are NO hidden costs involved when you arrive, the ingredients are provided, and you do not need to bring in finished product from home. All your creations are done here at Savour, under the guidence of our award winning chefs. All you need to do is bring yourself!
