We introduce students of all levels of expertise to a world of patisserie and chocolate.

Using only the finest equipment from KitchenAid, Unox and Robot-Coupe, each product is produced with care. Our comprehensive range of ingredients includes Callebaut, Ravifruit and Bulla.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure you have the best experience as possible.

Our school in based in Brunswick, Melbourne and offers over 20 specialised classes. For those who can’t make it to our school, you can learn online with Kirsten Tibballs and a range of international guest chefs.


A delicious lunch is provided for you on the day, plus an apron and recipe book. We also supply the ingredients and equipment so all you have to do is bring yourself!
